  • Zollinger - Ellison syndrome: initial dose of 60 mg (3 tablets) x 1 time / day, then adjust the dose according to each patient and the duration of treatment depending on the clinical manifestations. If the dose is over 80 mg, then divided into 2 times per day (2 tablets each time).

The drug is used orally. You should take the medicine 30 to 60 minutes before eating for the best absorption. Note that the tablet must be swallowed whole, not opened, chewed or crushed.
