  • Zollinger - Ellison syndrome: initial dose of 60 mg (3 tablets) x 1 time / day, then adjust the dose according to each patient and the duration of treatment depending on the clinical manifestations. If the dose is over 80 mg, then divided into 2 times per day (2 tablets each time).
