How to acupressure

Step 2: Use your thumb to press on the acupuncture point for about 2-3 minutes and then release, perform about 50 times continuously. 

Step 3: Then, you wrap your hands behind your back, flex your fingers to press and press the acupoint. Use the urinal to rub both sides of the bowl vertically, from top to bottom and repeat 50 times. 

How to Acupuncture? 

When doing acupuncture, you should insert the needle vertically and back from 0.8 to 1 cun. You can ask about the patient's feelings, when you see a local numbness spreading down the genitals, it means that the acupuncture is correct. Next, you conduct acupuncture with 5 baits and heat for about 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Only deep acupuncture when highly qualified, ie acupuncture from 1.8 - 2 cun, for about 15-20 minutes. 
  • People with urinary retention or pregnant women should not do acupuncture or acupressure. 
  • The central point is a weak point of the body, so pressing it wrong can cause kidney function decline. Therefore, you should choose to perform this method at reputable and highly specialized facilities.
